Payment Details

Reservation Fee - Rs1, 500,000

1st Installment: Submission of acceptance of purchase                      - 5% of the purchase price
                                                                                                                      after deducting the reservation fee
2nd Installment: At the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreement - 5% of the purchase price

Progressive Stages of the Development:
3rd Installment: Upon casting of the (1st) floor slab (Mezzanine 1) - 10% of the purchase price
4th Installment: Upon casting of the (7th) floor slab                         - 10% of the purchase price
5th Installment: Upon casting of the (12th) floor slab                       - 10% of the purchase price
6th Installment: Upon casting of the (17th) floor slab                       - 10% of the purchase price
7th Installment: Upon casting of the (22nd) floor slab                      - 10% of the purchase price
8th Installment: Upon casting of the (27th) floor slab                       - 10% of the purchase price
9th Installment: Upon casting of the (32nd) floor slab                      - 10% of the purchase price
Final Installment: Upon casting of the (39th) floor slab                    - 10% of the purchase price

Final installment due on the date of handing over of vacant
possession of the Condominium Parcel or at the execution
of the Deed of Transfer whichever occurs earlier                                 - 10% of the purchase price

Note:
• The reservation fee is refundable prior to the formal submission of the acceptance of purchase.
• The completion levels will be certified by the independent architect company of the developer.
